I just drove into the office this morning after filling up my car at the neighborhood gasoline pump.  Like everyone in America this morning, I am dismayed by the high cost of gasoline – a new record price – and the overall cost to fill up.  (And I don’t even own a gas-guzzling SUV or other large vehicle).
