$700,000,000,000 and No Scope Statement!

We, the American taxpayers, through our elected representatives, have violated one of the most basic concepts in project management. We have granted authority to spend $700,000,000,000 – and no one has a scope statement to tell them what we intend to spend it on.
Fortunately, TSI will not be one of the corporations being “rewarded” for their incompetence with a government bailout. TSI is not only solvent, but we are flourishing and expanding our business.
