The blogs on whitehouse.gov intend to provide a "transparency of government" which has not existed in previous administrations. Since the new president did such an excellent job of engaging so many voters with the social networking medium, let us hope his administration continues use it to provide more information previously not available to the voting public. For a frequent web traveler like myself, this is a convenient news gathering style, whether researching a current project or surfing for entertainment. I guess we will just have to see how things shake out after the first month or two of the new leadership. Let us hope some of the new team members understand PMI concepts at some level.
